1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and get them sit ups right and tuck your tummy tight and do your crunches like this...

omg, i'm dragging this morning...for reals.

{i've been yawning since i got up and almost fell asleep in the shower. seriously.}

i seriously over did it yesterday...
{did i mention seriously enough times?}

here's my workout routine from yesterday:

training session for 30 mins of cardio, abs and boxing.

after my training session:

elliptical machine for 1 mile (hill intervals/level 3: 20 mins)

Zumba class (1 hour)

bicycle for 4 miles (17 mins)

wtf was she thinking, right? yeah, i'm thinking the same dang thing this morning...
it's official, my body hates me! :(
is this true??? hmmmm....
can someone please send me some energy?
red bull, coffee, soda, crack...anything? lol
totally kidding about the crack part!!
what i really need is a deep tissue massage.
although massages tend to make you sleepy.
okay, i just need a massage and a days worth of sleep.
ahhhhhh, sounds perfect!

haha, yikes! That's quite the workout girl!
I've been dragging myself lately. Totally feeling burnt out with my workouts. Hope you got a nap somewhere in there!

haha such a precious picture :) Girl I have a case of the yawns over here too! And just like you I overdid it at the gym yesterday. I ate TERRIBLY over the weekend and skipped my Saturday morning date with the gym so I tried to compensate for my bad behaviour. A deep tissue massage sounds perfect right now!!!! Not too much longer and the work day will be over :) xo
