Wow! Does anyone else feel like 2012 has flown by?

My birthday is right around the corner. Yikes!!!!

I've definitely put blogging on the back burner, but I have so much to share. 

Ok, I'll take it one post at a time.

Soooo...back in October, I went to Williamsburg, VA. 

It was just a little weekend trip.

Of course, I took a zillion pictures, but here are just a few. :)

soooooo, yesterday i literally spent the whole day shopping.

i never do that. seriously.

i drove down to hagerstown, md and visited the prime outlets.

here are some of my lovely purchases...

{1} :: aldo purse - on sale for $15

{2} ::  two new good reads for my inner nerd :)

{3} :: few shirts, cardigan and dress from banana republic - all on sale

{4} ::  necklace and bracelet from banana - on sale  and...michael kors watch - not on sale, but sooooo worth it because i've been eyeing it forever!!

 

i spent a tiny bit more than planned, but sometimes you just gotta treat yourself ;) and, since i rarely splurge on myself...i thought go head and buy it! i mean, seriously who would pass up a $15 dollar purse and i needed a fall purse! all of the items from banana are for work! i really needed some new work clothes. and, i have no excuse for the watch. i just really wanted it! so, i got it! no buyers remorse here..ahahaha :) at least almost everything i purchased was on sale!!! ok, so that totally justifies my purchases. i feel better now. lol.

miss brandi just posted her re-cap of our blate, so i "borrowed" one her pics from our blate ;)

Hello, Good morning...

don't you?

i'm soooo happy to welcome Friday with open arms. if only...five o'clock could get here sooner.

this was my breakfast this morning! yummy, right?

 jealous? yeah, me too because clearly i woke up to realize it was just a dream :(

the dream was so real, i think i even drooled a little bit...attractive, eh? ha ha

oh, Kate! you made such a stunning bride!

"THE DRESS"...i have no words. i've always been a huge fan of lace when it comes to wedding dresses...i will definitely have a lace dress of my own (:

how's that for motivation to get out of bed? i need that in my life some days...

but, now that i have a trainer... 

who has a body like this...yes, he really does!

its not hard to see him twice a week! 30 minute workout lessons with him are just way too short sometimes! kidding :) okay, not really. if he didn't make me do hard stuff...i might actually like him...he's hard core!

tomorrow morning, i'm running in my first 5K since running the half marathon eariler this month. why, am i nervous? 3.1 miles versus 13.1 is a piece of cake, right?

i just booked my flight to chi-town.

towards the end of may, i will visiting the gorgeous doctor to-be above.

gosh, i love this girlie!

we have been friends for years and, although we haven't lived in the same state since highschool...we have still maintained a wonderful friendship. i've never been to chicago and its been a while since i've seen my girl, so i'm def counting down for this trip! look out, chicago!

i mentioned before that i recently joined a gym.

okay, so i'm still loving it, but i have an issue....

i don't know about you ladies, but i go to the gym to WORKOUT!

if i have my head phones on...is that a cue to come talk to me??? ummmm....i think NOT!

why do some men think its okay to stare at you while you're trying to workout?

yeah, admire all you want, but lets put a time frame on how much staring you can do in two hours. geeezzz.

and, i don't mean just a couple glances here or there, but full-on stalker staring...that's scaring, yo.
at least wave, give me a thumbs up or something...lol

sometimes, its hard being such a pretty girl. i'm sure you ladies can agree with me, right? lol :)

i signed up for sessions with a trainer...and, its a guy!
he looks hard core! my first session is on sunday afternoon.
hopefully, i'll make it out alive. wish me luck!

yeahhh, um not so much.

no partying going on for this chick.

this weekend will be a relaxing one for me. thank goodness! no weddings, birthdays or showers. after work, i plan on getting my run in and doing some studying...ekkkk!!! in family news: my baby sister beanie (nickname) recently moved to Charlotte with her boyfriend, so my parents and i will be visiting them on tomorrow. this means...cheesecake factory for lunch! sweet baby Jesus! my mouth is watering just thinking about it now...may have to run again Saturday and Sunday to work off what i plan to eat. sorry, but there is not way you go to a place like cheesecake factory and don't get the most delicious item on the menu and top it off with a slice of heaven. i just won't deny myself of that. so there :) and Sunday, i will begin attending a new church then more studying. story of my life right now.
