Why do positive people, words, & smiles...make us feel good & think more positively?

 

Because moods are contagious.

 

We mentally absorb words, body language, facial gestures, tone of voice, etc.

 

They "affect" us!

 

With out even knowing, we tend to auto mimic these actions which affects our thoughts/mood!

So surround yourself with positive people, &, be positive &  smile to affect others positively!

 

Build up the positive energy around you. :)
